Residing in San Diego, Cherry knot is an all female band comprised of Brooke Diebold on vocals, Abby Donaldson on lead guitar, Katie Thomas on rhythm guitar, Kinsey Claudino on bass, and Jade Lewenhaupt on drums. The band prides themselves on being performers, not just playing the music but putting on an engaging performance that captures the audience. Since forming in late 2022, Cherry Knot has gotten a reputation at SDSU, playing dozens of house shows, while also playing various venues in San Diego including Soda Bar, Humble Heart, and Break Point PB and headlined their first single release show which got a lot of buzz.
